AS YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER,

I'm Wedding Photographer in Moncton. we travel all over Canada for our Lovely couples. Dedicated to documenting your story as it unfolds in its most natural way. My goal is to capture the essence of you as a couple, your relationships with your friends & family, and the celebration of it all. As the famous American professor Backstreet Boys-stein once said, “I don’t care who you are, where you’re from, whom you love, as long as you love love.” Okay, I may have paraphrased that, but my point is that no matter what your background is, how you identify and whom you choose to love, you’re welcome here.

I'm for the couples who aren’t afraid to stray from tradition to make their day their very own. From getting ready together before the wedding, to breakfast for dinner, to unconventional attire, whatever feels like you, do it. Your wedding should reflect who you are, and the love you share with the people in your life. I want to work with those who value the importance of photography, who are not afraid to get a little weird for the sake of a photo, and those who trust me in creating meaningful, artistic images that represent how they felt throughout their day.

Let’s tell your story!

All the frequently asked questions, answered!

Do you travel?

Yes! I enjoy travelling all over the world for weddings and other sessions, and am up for lots of adventures around the world if you want to take me there.

I feel so awkward in front of the camera, can you help?

Don’t worry, I provide a lot of direction during portrait sessions and I will tell you exactly what to do! But in general, as long as you like cuddling with your loved one, you will look great in front of the camera!

What is your photography style?

I acclaimed for developing a unique style of wedding photography that is deeply rooted in wedding photojournalism while influenced by fine-art and fashion photography. We love using creative lighting, unique perspectives, angles, compositions and artistic post-production refining to bring out our clients personalities and beauty while telling their wedding story. We pride ourselves on not just being photographers, but rather artists creating unique and expressive imagery.

What does “full coverage” mean?

The best way to capture a wedding day is to capture it in its entirety! Your wedding MATTERS and you deserve to have all those beautiful moments saved for a generations to come. Covering the full day may mean 8 hours, or it may mean 12. It's up to you!

Can we add on a second shooter?

Of course! Having someone to get more angles and help with other things along the way is always a great idea. I work with photographers who are of equal or better skill level as myself to ensure the quality of work is consistent throughout your experience.

How many weddings do you photograph a year?

I photograph about 30 weddings & elopements a year with many other small sessions in between.

How many photos can we expect to receive?

Clients can expect about 40-100 images for every hour I spend shooting.

When will I see my images?

I send a sneak peak to you a few days after to tide you over, and you can expect an e-mail containing your full gallery within four to six weeks of your event.

My venue is very dark. How does your studio handle these situations and can I see samples?

We have shot in the darkest of dark chapels and reception halls so no need to worry! If the situation allows, we will set up additional lighting to ensure we get focused pictures. Some chapels do not allow for flash photography; and for that reason, we shoot on camera’s with superb low-light performance and lenses with low apertures

Do you touch up all the images in our image download?

Yes we do. Every image we deliver is post produced with our unique signature style of post-production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. Many photographers will not post produce any images, or will only post produce “select” images from your wedding. This means that you may have pictures that are too dark, have strange skin tones or other common photography flaws.

I have downtime between events on my wedding day. Will I be charged for that downtime?

For a variety of reasons, we have to charge for the time in between events. The fact is, we’re never truly resting during the day, whether we’re backing up images, setting up for the second venue, traveling to the second location, taking venue shots, or making up for lost photo time because of unforeseen wedding day delays. In many cases, we use that “downtime” to take you and your significant other out for a photo session or more family portraits.

What happens if we go over the contracted amount of time?

We understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. We never pack up before the contracted time, and moreover, we’re not leaving on the dot when the contracted time is up. Instead, we will ask you at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend. If you would like us to stay, we will charge the rates specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.

Do you offer albums?

Yes! Send me an email or ask to add it to your package to get more information.

Do you photograph sessions other than weddings?

Yes! I am available for adventure sessions, engagements, couple sessions, and family sessions as well. I don’t, however, do studio photography such as is often desired with newborn photography or professional headshots.

Can we see REAL reviews of your services?

Yes! Check out our positive reviews on Wedding wire page, given by unsolicited, real people: Take me to the reviews!

What is an “ELOPEMENT” or “ADVENTURE WEDDING”?

Everyone has a different definition, but to me, an adventure wedding/elopement is an intentionally-planned day in an epic location, putting an emphasis on the experience rather than the “things”. Elopements typically have only a few (if any!) guests present, whereas weddings have anywhere upwards of 10. They take place in nature and involve things that represent your love of the outdoors.

What exactly is a “Micro Wedding”?

Simply put, a micro wedding is an abbreviated celebration of marriage that only has a handful of invited guests (6-25), but is a bit more involved than an elopement. It is usually shorter than a traditional wedding, formatted differently (simpler) and less stress to organize (we help take care of the planning bits that seem unfavorable to you).

Can I see a full gallery?

Yes absolutely! What I choose to show on my website and social media isn’t always a full representation of an entire wedding or elopement. Simply ask me for a link to some recent galleries, and I’ll gladly send over some full examples of my work.

Can we add on other sessions or extras after booking?

Absolutely! You are welcome to add on sessions (including an adventure session), extra hours, albums, or a second shooter at any time. You can add hours on to your package at your wedding/elopement if needed! If you choose to have me stay longer, I’ll create an online invoice afterwards. You can also buy an album at anytime.

May I edit the photos afterward?

I would kindly ask for no edits after your photographs are received.  When you hire a professional photographer to create images for you, you are investing in not only the session, but their art and professionalism, which involves hours of careful editing and retouching of each image you receive to make them the absolute best for you.

May we have all the files or the RAW files from our session?

Unfortunately I do not give out RAW or unedited images, as a professionally edited photograph is me creating and delivering my art and best work to you. You are receiving the most lovely ones.  Part of my job is ensuring I document your moments, and with those may come some blinking eyes, mid-conversation, or light tests along the way.  I ensure multiple shots are taken through each moment so I am able to choose the absolute best ones to provide to you.  The photos selected for you are the ones that come from the heart; ones we work super hard to get during your most genuine moments.

Do you take LGBTQ weddings?

YESS of course there is nothing more important than celebrating diversity and love.

In fact, I don’t care if you’re gay or religious. I don’t care how you look. I don’t care what your political view is. If you love and trust what I do, I promise you we’ll be a good match.

Correction, if you are a sexist, homophobic, misogynist, white supremacist then Buh Bye.

If there is anything else you’d love to know or questions you have for me, get in touch! I would be so happy to answer them for you.
